2024 New Year Discount terms and conditions
Leasing fee discount: Only the first placement will reflect a discounted fee. Any subsequent tenant placement shall carry a leasing fee equal to the original amount stated in your agreement.
2 months free management: Only applicable in the first annual term of the agreement. The free two months will be reflected in the 5th and 6th months of the agreement.
- This promotion is only available to qualified new owners and existing Homeowners listing a new property.
- This promotion is valid from the 18th to the 28th of March 2024.
- The discounts are mutually exclusive. Property owners can choose either 50% off the leasing fee or two months of free management fees.
