2024 New Year Discount terms and conditions

Leasing fee discount: Only the first placement will reflect a discounted fee. Any subsequent tenant placement shall carry a leasing fee equal to the original amount stated in your agreement.

2 months free management: Only applicable in the first annual term of the agreement. The free two months will be reflected in the 5th and 6th months of the agreement.

  • This promotion is only available to qualified new owners and existing Homeowners listing a new property.

  • This promotion is valid from the 15th to the 20th of January 2024.

  • The discounts are mutually exclusive. Property owners can choose either 50% off the leasing fee or two months of free management fees.
  • Pricing and discounts will vary based on rent price and portfolio size. Please refer to our pricing page for more information.
